Comment #4 on issue 1568 by smichr: factoring is working too hard
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1568

hmm...I must have. But the issue is still there:

from sympy import *
var('x a')
(x, a)
from time import *
eq=(1 - x)**2*(4 + x)/(((2 + x)*(a + x)))
t=time();ans=factor(gcdfactor(numer(eq.diff(x,3))));print time()-t
9.21299982071
t=time();ans=factor(numer(eq.diff(x,3)));print time()-t
29.4120001793

The time difference is the same when these two timed tests are reversed.
