I finally made a breakthrough with the new implementation of RootOf. I
implemented a
purely rational (infallible) algorithm for counting complex roots of
polynomials, so
hopefully soon I will have an algorithm for isolating complex roots. I have
also
already implemented arithmetics of minimal polynomials. In principle, when
the root
isolation algorithm will be ready, then new RootOf will be also ready.
