Comment #12 on issue 1497 by asmeurer: Remove automatic distribution 2*(x + y) => 2*x + 2*y
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1497

So I "started" this at http://github.com/asmeurer/sympy/tree/remove-auto-distribution, but it's only just two
commits that remove the distribution.

So far, a *lot* of tests fail. Feel free to look at some of them to see what might need to be done to fix the behavior. We might need to write a special function that emulates this behavior (a reduced version of
expand(mul=True)), but I haven't looked into it enough yet to know for sure.

Also, note when debugging that there is an error with the printer: 2 - (x + y) prints as 2 - x + y.
