This is known behavior, so if all tests pass, then this can go in. Now the
truth is
the recursive dense polynomial representation is not the most efficient one
in an
interpreted environment. It is however the one from which one can learn
about the
true nature of polynomials, especially in multivariate case.
In parallel with root isolation and RootOf I'm working on more efficient
polynomial
representation, mainly dictionary based sparse distributed polynomials with
optional
ordering for computing degrees, LC, etc.
