Comment #6 on issue 1973 by asmeurer: hash(Integer) should return the int

This is the source of the error:
In [27]: hash(-2)
Out[27]: -2
In [28]: hash(-1)
Out[28]: -2
Is -1 supposed to be reserved for error, or whats the deal here? Whatever
it is, I don't know what the best fix is.
