Updates:
Summary: log should not expand(1/x) (was "expand log can be more complete" and "logcombine can be less strict")

Comment #6 on issue 2043 by smichr: log should not expand(1/x) (was "expand log can be more complete" and "logcombine can be less strict")
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=2043

log(1/x) should not expand to -log(x). This behavior was removed and an assumption given to x for the sole test that failed because of this allowance. Now the base must be positive and power real for log(b**p) -> p*log(b).

This is commit 2043 in my t2 branch at github/smichr
