Why or not at all? Because it's a point release?
Anyway, I am +1 on renaming it to Float, this makes more sense, not so much
because of the precision thing, but because it makes it clear that it is
just something like 3.14159 and not Pi or 4*atan(1).
If you want it to go in 0.7.0, create a patch for it pretty soon. I want
to start making release candidates pretty soon after polys12 gets in.
