In smichr's branch 2084 these come back as:
h[3] >>> limit(x**(S(2)/3)*sin(x**2)/(x-1), x, oo)
nan
h[3] >>> limit(x**(2/3)*sin(x**2)/(x-1), x, oo)
0
h[3] >>> limit(sin(x),x,oo)
sin(oo)
