I spent the morning trying to rearrange 2084 (pull/61) to get 2044 and others appearing first but I can't easily untangle the dependencies...and when I do I get test failures which means I did something wrong. So I deleted branch 2018 (which is in pull/61) and am defaulting to "blocked by" for these later commits.
I'll look at Alexey's comments about the series and see if we can get that ready to go. If someone else can look at the earlier commits before 2124 that will help.
