Do we even need "bound_symbols"? I was only suggesting it as a symmetry, but I don't know if it's necessarily as important as "free_symbols". Anyway, in that case both x and n would be considered bound (because the final result is mathematically equivalent if either one is replaced by something else not the same as the other).
