Let's not make any changes to assumptions unless they are related to the new assumptions.
If you think doing that for the evaluate keyword arg would fix things, though, go ahead and do it. Imo, what I said in comment 6 (a separate set of classes for unevaluated expressions) would be the best solution to these problems.
