Should a general Expr method, is_commutative be defined, or, like was done
for Integral, should this flag be set internally? Perhaps the Expr version
would be
def is_commutative(self):
rv = getattr(self, 'is_commutative')
if rv is None:
return all(s.is_commutative for s in self.free_symbols)
return rv
