But this will disable the doctest (equivalent of >>). We wan't to have conditional doctests, e.g. if numpy is installed test and report OK/FAIL, if not then don't do anything or say that numpy is not there, skipping tests. To my knowledge such functionality is not implemented in docutils (though I might be wrong in this case).
