I have improved algorithm a little. And now values are sequentially
allocated to local zeros of lattice. So it became more straightforward.
All tests are passed as prior.
About the missing docstrings - I have removed this classes to simplify
hierarchy.
So, if no remarks more, I think it is a final version.
