New issue 2266 by [email protected]: Jordan form tranformation for matrices

Now in master implemented the Jordan form for matrices, but without
yielding of appropriated transformation (calc_transformation=True is not
implemented)
This is significant for evaluation the powers of matrices and especially
for the exponent of it.
Related with issue 2194.
