I tried the Binomial example I posted and still does not work. I also
checked some of the summations that appear on
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Summation and the exponential and binomial
ones fail. Maybe we should collect a list of common summations and add
them. I could start working tomorrow on this issue.
