Comment #13 on issue 1077 by asmeurer: ask(pi, exp(rational), etc., Q.algebraic) should return False

Yeah. Adding those predicates should make some trivial ones work, like ask(oo, Q.algebraic).
And we should add Q.transcendental which is just And(Q.algebraic, Q.complex).
