Is there more to this than just unevaluated expressions? Because we
already have those:
In [1]: diff(sin(x), x)
Out[1]: cos(x)
In [2]: Derivative(sin(x), x)
Out[2]:
d
──(sin(x))
dx
Or am I misinterpreting what you are requesting?
