I just discovered and fixed half a dozen test failures in the sage tests,
which have been around for a very long time. This is because even if you
have sage installed, the tests aren't run. You have to run sage -python
bin/test sympy/test_external/test_sage.py to run them. This should be done
with ./bin/test (when sage is installed).
