I think maybe not. test_plotting.py still exists. I can't test it now,
because I don't seem to have any Python binary with both ctypes and pyglet
(it might also have to be the system Python binary, I'm not sure). But I
suspect that if I installed ctypes and pyglet to my system Python that this
would still happen.
