Yeah, this was pointed out before the release, and I thought I fixed it,
but I guess I didn't. I didn't notice it because it only comes up if you
have f2py installed (but broken, or something), so it didn't show up in the
tox tests.
Anyway, I already have since noticed it and put a fix at
https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/474. It's a quick review. See also
https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/451 (actually, I now see that the
commit to fix it is there, but somehow it didn't make it in with the merge
like it was supposed to).
