picloud sounds very reasonably priced (I thought that Ronan has already
pointed it out, and I have concluded, that they are too expensive, so maybe
they got cheaper...), they charge $0.05 per hour (billed by milliseconds!):
In [2]: 0.05 * 24 * 30
Out[2]: 36.000000000000007
So that's $36 per month of nonstop usage, and for linode I pay $20 per
month. So it depends on the usage, but I would guess that my linode is at
least 50% idle (probably more), and then picloud will actually be cheaper.
Well, linode is serving the jenkins now, so it needs to run nonstop, but
for the actual tests that we run, that I think is less than 50% of time.
