I don't know why Shift-Enter is the default submission button at SymPy Live
(something to do with Sage or something), but I can't stand it. You want
to create a new line maybe less than 10% of the time, and submit the rest
of the time. Enter is much easier to type. It's also more accessible,
since Shift-Enter doesn't work in, for example, iOS Safari.
