I think this is not relevant anymore:
* I don't think parallel runs are that important. If the only concern is
to max out the processor, it's possible to run multiple instances of Tox (I
believe).
* Not sure what this refers to; doctests run fine under IPython now.
* We do this with the ellipsis syntax.
* I don't think this is actually a feature (considering our current
workflow etc).
I'm closing this as WONTFIX. If someone thinks something of the above is
still applicable, please open a new issue.
