I thought that at one point in history, you could do in sympy:

sin([1, 2, 3])

and it would work. But it doesn't anymore. Was this removed? I agree with Aaron, that there are tons of problems with this, but yet this feature is very convenient to apply sin to all elements of the Matrix, so there should be some universal solution, and we should apply it consistently.
