Neither am I.
It's at least clear that ask(Q.bounded(oo)), ask(Q.bounded(zoo)),
ask(Q.bounded(oo - I*oo)) or ask(Q.bounded(oo*exp(I*pi/3))) should return
False. I can't think of other cases for now...
