I looked around for a while. This example has never worked correctly. Long ago deltaintegrate didn't handle factors inside the delta function at all. There was a fix but they only seem to care about the factor on the one variable being integrated. In the case of a multivariate integral I'm not sure how the dirac delta is even defined. Could use some help here.
