Keep it like this for now.
What kind of progress would you want to see? Currently, it shows a message
for every file (either "refactored file ..." or "no changes to ..."). This
is done by 2to3 and I didn't know how to silence it. It also displays a
list of the modified files at the end. I actually think it's quite verbose
already. Since it's impossible to estimate how long modifying a given file
will take, the best I can do is say something like "Files to be refactored:
###" but even this is relatively meaningless.
