Hum, I'm not sure what this is. I think the original patch was applied back in 2008 and that was that. As we've done what the title suggests I'm going to mark this as Fixed. If some of the stuff listed in comment #1 has yet to be done, I suggest a new issue is opened for it (but obviously it's not so important if no one has done it for 3 years).
