c12 still stands: Eq(FiniteSet(1, 2), FiniteSet(1, 2, 3)) should return
what?
I don't think this can be reasonably implemented until we clean up the mess
of contradictory assumptions surrounding Eq, i.e. until we resolve issue
1887.
