New issue 2881 by [email protected]: Refactory secondquant to use new
quantum modules

The module sympy.physics.secondquant was created before the new stuff in
sympy.physics.quantum. The old secondquant module should be refactored to
use the new general stuff (Operator, Ket, Bra, Dagger, etc). This will be
quite difficult as the old design of secondquant relied on many classes
knowing about the fermi-level. All of this logic will need to be moved out
of the base classes and put into dedicated functions that handle the
fermion case. This will probably have to be done by ellisonbg and oyvind.
