It seems that we forget update label "easy" for this GCI task, now it is
still "hard" labeled:

And the first part of this is ready for review.
What about second part (I didn't found apropriated GCI task for it), but
when --random is on, then the test failures are raised. End even test
script hangs for test_gamma_functions.py . But it is hard to reproduce.
What to do with this situation?
It is clear that we must add the task titled "fix the failures caused by
random testing implementation"
But for task of implementing, it seems, that we can't change labels
backdated, when task is ready for review.
