New issue 2900 by [email protected]: xreplace rebuilds expressions when
there is no rule

I'm not sure that xreplace should do anything to an expression if the rule
is empty, hence foo.xreplace({}) should return foo. (If foo is unevaluated,
it becomes evaluated if xreplace({}) is applied to it.)
I've made a commit making it return foo unchanged in
