We should convert our examples to use the new IPython notebook. We should
also convert them to html when we release (preferably automatically with
setup.py), so that people can still view them (non-interactively) if they
don't have IPython.
IPython is currently working on a way to do doctesting, but in the mean
time, it's not difficult to whip up a custom solution (see
https://github.com/ipython/ipython/issues/1195).
