Cython v0.12.1 (Ubuntu, 10.10), is unable to complete the last test in
test_autowrap. The suspicion is currently that
As Aaron said recently in pull request #990: "This means that some older
versions of Cython are causing problems with the autowrap tests, and should
be disabled (or worked-around)."
