A special case might need to be made for the request to return
UndefinedFunction from an expression with the atoms method. Although they
are found with Function, they are mixed in with regular functions:
from sympy.core.function import *
eq=f(x)+cos(x)
eq.atoms(Function)
set([f(x), cos(x)])
eq.atoms(UndefinedFunction)
set([])
