Then it seems that it is no more a decision-needed issue.
I am updating the description.
I am also adding easy-to-fix flag as the simplest version with just
checking big-O behavior is easy enough to implement and it will catch most
removable discontinuities. Please remove it if you find it
inappropriate/wrong.
