coverage_doctest was recently rewritten (see
https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/1114). Our total coverage as of right
now is
TOTAL SCORE for sympy: 29% (1460 of 4887)
which is abysmal. This is all public functions, classes, and methods, and
includes both missing docstrings and missing doctests.
