New issue 3182 by [email protected]: Option to isympy to automatically use

We have an option to isympy to automatically construct missing Symbols
(although it doesn't work with the latest IPython, see issue 3048). I
imagine it should be possible to add another option that uses IPython to
automatically convert int_literal/int_literal to
S(int_literal)/S(int_literal).
