This issue has no plan.
In present days this module exists
http://docs.sympy.org/dev/modules/tensor/indexed.html#examples
We must decide what to do further with it, estimate the list of defects
(e.g. indexes are not sympyfied, they are pythonic ints).
And there can be similar implementation in physics or matrices modules.
