Comment #3 on issue 3154 by [email protected]: Integration of
(sqrt(1-x)+sqrt(1+x))**2/x says Gammas partially over the strip.

The real issue here is that integrate() shouldn't raise
NotImplementedError, but return an unevaluated Integral.
