The KroneckerDelta in sympy.functions should definitely not have any logic from secondquant. That stuff in secondquant needs to be refactored anyways. For now lets create a custom subclass of KroneckerDelta in secondquant that adds the extra logic, but mark it clearly that secondquant should be modified to not need this extra logic when it is moved to sympy.physics.quantum.
