https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/1220 An attempt to fix this. I am not managing to add the log(rational) functionality, though I sure would like to. In checking out Q.algebraic, I've also noticed (and am working on) the fact the Q.rational doesn't work very well. It returns none on numerous things like E**3 and such.
