New issue 3274 by [email protected]: sympy.integrals.transforms not found

None of the downloads include the transforms module in sympy.integrals
(including Windows 32 bit .exe files and .tar.gz). I'd like to be able to
use sympy.integrals.transforms, but it is not part of any of these
installations...Is there a .py.gz installation that includes it?
