Unless its really easy to change the form, I think this should be closed as won't fix. integrate for definite integrals is only guaranteed to return results up to a constant (actually up to a piecewise step function, in the case where the answer has poles). As long as the derivative returns the original expression again (mathematically) the result should be considered correct.
