For symbols, var, and numbered_symbols, use cls=Dummy.
This was changed to make the constructor cleaner (Symbol() now only creates
Symbols), and the cls argument can be used to create any kind of object
that has a constructor like Symbol, such as Symbol, Dummy, or Wild.
