This was https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/1500. All deprecation
warnings now have links to issues with the DeprecationRemoval tag, and note
in what version they were first deprecated. As far as what version they
are to be removed in, we haven't decided on a policy for it yet, so none of
them are known. There is a flag for it, though, if we ever do decide.
