I just migrated SymPy Gamma. It's not too hard. You have to create a new application, and migrate the data over. The steps are all outlined exactly at https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/adminconsole/migration. We don't use the database, so you don't have to worry about that stuff.
SymPy Live will be a little more work because the billing information has to be migrated manually. So Ondrej, I am basically going to need your help to do that one.
