SymPy should handle KroneckerDelta appearing in a Sum, e.g.
Sum(KroneckerDelta(m, n), (n, 1, oo)).doit() should return 1 if m is a
positive integer.
In general a simplified result in terms of a Piecewise can be obtained. An
image explains it better.
