Whoops, yes I meant the example to be
X = Matrix(100, 100, lambda i,j: i+j)
Y = X[[1,5,13,29], :]
print Y
[[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ...],
[5, 6, 7, 8, 9, ...],
[13, 14, 15, 16, ...],
[29, 30, 31, 32, ...]]
